About Us
In order to accomplish the objectives the Association undertakes
activities, uses and plans to introduce media to the public about the
abilities, capabilities and specific needs of persons with disabilities
and to create conditions for easier social integration of this
population as equal members of society;
Monitoring the
conditions of education, rehabilitation, health and social care of
persons with disabilities in order to propose appropriate measures and
regulations to improve the system of education, socialization and
health care.
Supporting the professional and scientific research in the field of dealing with people with disabilities.
Through lectures, training and expert advice as well as appearances on
TV and radio stations and printed media to promote the rights of persons
with disabilities, in order to improve their quality of life.
Introducing the public with the problems of persons with disabilities
through media expertise, and encouraging scientific research in the
field of dealing with people with disabilities.
Encourage through media the establishment of workshops and other forms that employ people with disabilities.
In order to accomplish our objectives the Association establishes
contacts and cooperate with the professional, scientific, educational,
and similar associations and organizations in the country and abroad. |
